Situated in southernmost Croatian village of Vitaljina in Konavle region, Villa Royal Palace is a private farmhouse, owned by our family since late 16th century. It was completely renovated in 2012 but left in its authentic original form outside. Natural materials, stone and wood, dominate throughout the house. The property at 2000 m2 has an outdoor swimming pool with jacuzzi, lawns, summer terrace with barbecue and playground and is surrounded by lush Mediterranean vegetation. It is ideal for those seeking peace, privacy and a relaxing atmosphere together with exploring the entire Konavle region and its attractions. The pleasant climate, clean air, walks by ancient vineyards and olive groves with beautiful views of our crystal clean sea and nature are just some of the characteristics that can be experienced by coming here.

The roots of Radičević family from Vitaljina date back to the mid-15th century. The property has been home to many generations of Radicevic family, and today mother Neda with her sons Nikša and Ivo nurtures the house, traditions and customs inherited from their husband and father Ivo.
