Conditions

• All taxes, water, electricity and internet are included in the price
• Maximum occupancy: 8 people in four double rooms
• Baby cots and feeding chair available
• Minimum stay is 5 days
• Security deposit: €500 in cash on arrival (to be returned in full if there has been no damage to the property)

Upon arrival guests will receive a rich welcome package:

• cold platter (assortment of cheeses, smoked ham-prosciutto, sausages, olives, homemade bread)
• bottles of local premium quality red and white wines, champagne
• variety of local and domestic homemade products including candied almonds, orange peels,jams, olive oil, vinegar, honey, cakes, fruit, liqueur, grappa

For your comfort all essentials are ensured - toiletries, hygienic sets, shower caps, towels as well as spices, tea, coffee, juices; detergents, cleaning products.
